Our Grands Crus

The “Chablis Grands Crus”, the king of the appellation, are coming exclusively from the right bank of the Serein at Chablis itself. Each “Grand Cru” has its own unique personality: Bougros, the Attraction; Les Preuses, the Depth; Vaudésir, the Luxuriance; Blanchot, the Charmer; Les Clos, the Secret; le Fief de Grenouilles, the Mineral Purity  and finally Château Grenouilles, the Myth.

Our Premiers Crus

Growing on thirteen different terroirs, each of the “Chablis Premiers Crus” expresses the originality of its particular “climat” or plots. Thus, some are more “initiatiry” such as La Singulière, while others are more sun and light as air such as the Côte de Léchet.

Our Chablis

The “Chablis” appellation is the most extensive of the whole Chablis area. Each Chablis stands out with its own style: the Vénérables - Vieilles Vignes - , luxuriant and mineral; the Pierrelée, expressive and subtle; the Finage, fruity with a light as air style; the Sereine, aromatic and well structured.

Our Petits Chablis

The “Petit Chablis” appellation forms the base of the Chablis appellation hierarchy. A luxuriant and greedy wine, best enjoyed young. It is characterized by fruity aromas and a mineral edge. The Petit Chablis “Pas Si Petit” is a mouth watering wine for pleasure, whereas the Petit Chablis « Vibrant » is lively and zippy on occasion.
